We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy operation in Dunstable on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a physically demanding role involving sorting trays and working within the tray wash area, so candidates must be comfortable with manual work and being on their feet for extended periods.
The Role
- Sorting and handling trays efficiently and safely
- Working within the tray wash operation
- Loading, unloading and moving trays as required
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

Shift Pattern
The role operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota, working 12-hour shifts. Shifts will rotate between days and nights, so applicants must be fully prepared and able to work both. Due to the 4-on/4-off rota, your working days will vary and may include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility with the rota is therefore essential.
