About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Bench Joiners to work on a variety of bespoke and production joinery projects. You will be working in a well-equipped workshop, producing high-quality components for commercial and residential installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood products
  • Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work to tight deadlines without compromising on quality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a bench joiner or cabinet maker
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with a wide range of woodworking machinery and tools
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred but not essential)
