About Us: South57 are looking for experienced waiting and bar staff for our client based in Bedford, a fantastic dining destination known for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated waiting and bar staff to join our client. As a member of waiting staff and bar staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Process payments and handle cash transactions Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and a passion for customer service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 18 years old
