Duties Include:

  • Preparing and cooking traditional English meals and desserts.
  • Catering for residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Managing food storage and stock rotation.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Cook.
  • Experience preparing traditional English cuisine.
  • Valid DBS certificate.
  • Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
