South57 are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor for our client based in Luton.
- Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, always ensuring efficiency and a pleasant experience for guests. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and compliance of dining areas with health and safety standards, leading by example.
- Deliver and facilitate excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, anticipating needs, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and support the F&B team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
- Coordinate and execute events and special functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
