FLT Flexi Driver and Warehouse operative. Role Overview: The Warehouse Operative is responsible for operating MHE safely to ensure that stock is moved through various areas of the warehouse to achieve operational goals and targets, ensuring accurate stock inventory is always maintained.
Key Responsibilities: Pick outbound deliveries using manual pick notes, ensuring instructions for the customers orders are adhered to. Present deliveries to a high standard
this is the customer deliveries once picked, they need to be presented to a high standard i.e. wrapped correctly / labelled correctly Support customer orders rework projects as and when required. Put away incoming products using a scanning device. Loading/unloading vehicles as needed, ensuring vehicles are clean and the manifest is followed correctly. Consolidations and stock optimization.
they consolidate the same SKU types into locations to free up space (part pallets to make full pallets as an example / tidying up shelving locations to optimise space) Carry out MHE checks prior to use. Ensure the MHE and associated area is kept clean and free of clutter. Carry out hygiene tasks and ensuring the documentation is signed off correctly. Adhere to health and safety policy and culture through day-to-day operational tasks. Report accidents / incidents following the correct reporting procedure. Share ideas for improvement and best practice. Deliver targeted daily KPIs which are currently: Picking

Key Attributes: Flexi driver fork truck experience. CB / PPT truck experience. Up to date driving licence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills.
