Responsibilities:
- Delegate work assignments,
find the right person and assign them the right job adapting to the skill and
necessities. - Assist in the recruitment for
new employees for the restaurant. - Ensure smooth running of the
restaurant and ensured restaurant is staffed at correct levels each day. - Ensure delivery of high
standard of service at all times. - Support employee performance
and encourage to an acceptable standard. - Assist and support training
and development of all employees. - Deal effectively with
customer complaints
Required
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 year’s experience in a
similar role - Team management experience
- Excellent communication
skills - Meticulous attention to
detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks - A proactive self-starter who
can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
