Key
Responsibilities:

  • Delegate work assignments,
    find the right person and assign them the right job adapting to the skill and
    necessities.
  • Assist in the recruitment for
    new employees for the restaurant.
  • Ensure smooth running of the
    restaurant and ensured restaurant is staffed at correct levels each day.
  • Ensure delivery of high
    standard of service at all times.
  • Support employee performance
    and encourage to an acceptable standard.
  • Assist and support training
    and development of all employees.
  • Deal effectively with
    customer complaints


Required
Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 year’s experience in a
    similar role
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent communication
    skills
  • Meticulous attention to
    detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who
    can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
