Role: Generic Team Leader
District: Doncaster
Location: College Road, Doncaster
Salary: £27,747 - £30,468 (pro rata)
Hours: 21
Contract Type: Temporary for 9 months.
In this role you will provide a supervisory role to all administration, clerical, typing, janitorial and driver staff.
Key Responsibilities
- First level supervision / rostering of allocated staff across a variety of functions.
- Responsible for the GRS and PDR records of the staff.
- Deputise for the Admin Support Officer, Business Support Officer or provide temporary cover for colleagues in equivalent Band C Generic Team Leader roles.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Health and Safety in the allocated areas including risk assessment.
- Project work commensurate with the grade.
- Produce Management Information to suit local demands.
- Manage Portal, Atrium, security databases as required.
- Management of security passes, stop sticks, equipment access codes, Blackberry, Airwave, Lockers, and PAVA.
Skills And Experience
- Ability to demonstrate experience of clerical duties in an office environment.
- Experience of using Microsoft applications e.g. MS Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to supervise a team.

Applicants must meet the minimum requirement checkable history criteria, which must be taken into account for individuals applying to work with South Yorkshire Police in any capacity.
