Role: Chronicle Support Assistant

Department: Operational Support Unit

Location: Pioneer Close, Wath-upon-Dearne

Salary: £25,242 - £27,204

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming workloads, working closely with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate data inputting of training events and individual training records.
  • Monitor training records to ensure timely allocation of re-accreditation periods.
  • Work collaboratively with specialist training departments, regularly reviewing and updating system functions in line with changes to training requirements, armoury updates and asset management.
  • Where required, deliver reports to inform decision making.
  • Ensure that appropriate individual authorisation levels and deployment capability are maintained at all times.
  • Ensure GRS is updated with allocated training courses.

Skills and Experience:

  • Good team working skills demonstrating awareness of individual differences and providing support as required.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to appropriately prioritise and plan own work.
