We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and forward-looking Governance and Corporate Services team in this well-respected, award-winning organisation managing an £11 billion pension fund.

What you'll be doing: You will provide comprehensive, efficient and effective business support to the Governance and Corporate Services Team, and to the wider organisation when required, supporting them with a range of business functions including administrative support for the governance teams' policy, compliance and information governance work, co-ordination of diary management, booking travel and accommodation and purchasing arrangements. You will also support the democratic services function and associated meetings and events along with various other administrative tasks.

What you'll be able to offer: Drawing on your previous office experience, you will be an experienced administrator with a passion for delivering first class customer service. You will need to be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload. You'll also demonstrate:

  • Education to Level 3 qualification standard or equivalent.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with others to achieve objectives.
  • Competence in a range of IT applications.
  • Proven experience of working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Good working knowledge in relation to information governance.
