- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate updates and distribution of printed and digital information.
- Use data analysis to inform targeted updates and align outputs with business plans and information strategy.
- Maintain GIS data integrity and produce mapping outputs that promote public transport awareness.
About you
You’ll be someone who combines creativity with precision, able to transform complex transport data into clear, engaging, and accessible information for our customers. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with colleagues and partners to deliver high‑quality outputs that make a real difference to people’s journeys.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds an HNC level qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent industry experience.
- Has a strong understanding of public transport timetable and map‑based information.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and professional design software (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign).
- Brings experience producing customer‑facing literature and working in a service delivery environment.
- Can present complex information in a clear, attractive, and accessible format.
- Has problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of GIS or similar geographic information systems is desirable.
