About the role

As Programme Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a complex and high‑profile branding programme alongside a portfolio of special projects. You will:

  • Drive the delivery of a major branding programme, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment across all assets and channels.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, maintaining pace, managing risks, and ensuring delivery to time and budget.
  • Lead the implementation and launch of the new brand, working closely with communications, marketing, operations and external partners.
  • Develop and support delivery of a strategic communication and marketing approach to maximise impact and engagement.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and partners, providing clear updates, building confidence and influencing decisions.
  • Embed the brand internally, ensuring colleagues understand, adopt and champion it.
  • Oversee additional special projects, bringing structure, clarity and delivery focus to priority initiatives.

This is a hands‑on leadership role – combining strategic oversight with the ability to drive delivery and resolve challenges at pace.

About you

You are an experienced programme or project manager who thrives in fast‑paced high‑visibility environments. You’ll bring:

  • A strong track record of delivering complex programmes, ideally within branding, communications or marketing.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence, challenge and build trust.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum or attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communicator skills, able to translate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the resilience and adaptability to navigate change.
  • A collaborative approach, with a genuine commitment to working across teams and delivering shared outcomes.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work that creates lasting impact.
