About The Role

  • Support the day-to-day management and delivery of facilities and infrastructure services across our estate.
  • Help ensure facilities and assets are maintained safely and in line with regulations.
  • Support the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Work with contractors to deliver repair, maintenance and improvement works.
  • Assist in delivering infrastructure projects, including on-street installations.
  • Monitor work quality and support value-for-money service delivery.
  • Respond to queries and support resolution of issues relating to infrastructure.
  • Contribute to reporting, process improvements and service performance.

This varied role combines operational coordination, project support and stakeholder engagement, helping to deliver high standards across our infrastructure.
