As a Business Systems Developer, you'll be instrumental in crafting, innovating, and deploying state‑of‑the‑art systems that propel our business towards success.

About the role

As a Business Systems Developer, reporting directly to the Business Systems Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing, developing and supporting Business Systems throughout the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the organisational core operational systems, such as the finance system and HR platforms.
  • Embarking on a journey to expand the horizons of the existing M365 platform, you'll pioneer the introduction of innovative, contemporary work methodologies that empower citizen developers to unleash their potential, working with unprecedented efficiency and agility whilst being the go‑to person for technical SharePoint advice.
  • You’ll be a key member of the team dedicated to sourcing business systems that perfectly align with the unique needs and ambitions of our organisation, driving us towards unprecedented levels of efficiency and success.

About you

As a key member of our team, you'll work alongside the Database Administrator and ensure the delivery of system support and development, whilst maintaining excellent communication throughout. This is an exciting time to join SYMCA as we embark on a series of projects aimed at transforming our ways of working, enhancing the technology used across the organisation, and improving overall efficiencies.
