We are looking for a detail-oriented Infrastructure Audit Officer to join our Facilities & Asset Management team. This is a great opportunity to support the safe and effective delivery of on-street works across South Yorkshire.
Location: Sheffield (hybrid role – minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Hours: 37 hours per week (full time)
Salary: £26,919 – £28,658 per year
Contract: Permanent
About The Role
- Prepare and submit permits and notices for on-street works
- Monitor works to ensure they are completed safely and on time
- Review and report on performance data to support service improvements
- Work with contractors to ensure standards and requirements are met
- Help investigate issues and respond to customer queries or complaints
- Identify and report any concerns or non-compliance
About You
- Be comfortable working with data and producing clear information
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and the public
- Be able to manage tasks and work to deadline
- Take a practical and proactive approach to resolving issues
- Work well as part of a team and build positive working relationships
