Key Worker Sheffield Β£23,582 per annum Permanent, Full Time (Includes evenings and weekend working on a rota basis) Could you inspire someone with multiple support needs to achieve their aspirations, goals and help them maximise their full potential? We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Key worker to join our dedicated team in our mental health supported housing service. The role can be challenging and is highly rewarding, the teams work closely together, and the service is busy with each day being different and varied. We have a legacy that spans over 50 years of providing great quality housing and a broad range of services to communities in the Sheffield City Region. Our purpose is for our customers to settle at home, live well and realise their potential, and believe that the need for the innovative services we provide alongside our homes is as strong as ever. More about the role: You will be able to demonstrate a real focus on working with customers on their journey to independence by using a strength-based trauma informed approach. You will have some knowledge of mental health recovery and understand the importance of people being encouraged to identify their own strengths. You will work with people to positively develop strategies to enable them to better manage their mental health and sustain their housing. You are approachable, have enthusiasm to helping others and are able to encourage customers to achieve their goals.
