We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for Health at Work Coaches to join our Work and Wellbeing Department as part of the new Pathways to Work programme in Barnsley.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who is committed to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives and has a strong understanding of the Principles of Personalised Care and the practices of supported employment.
  • A motivated individual to help others overcome health-related challenges and succeed in the workplace.
  • Ability to apply clinical expertise while using coaching and motivational techniques to empower individuals to manage their health and achieve their goals.
  • Confidence in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and building effective partnerships with stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and employers.
  • Capability to support employers in managing workforce health conditions, raising awareness of reasonable adjustments, Access to Work, and available training and support.
