Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists, providing day‑to‑day leadership, performance management, and professional support.
- Lead and motivate a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to deliver positive and sustained employment outcomes aligned to customers’ job preferences.
- Ensure the delivery of a high‑quality, strengths‑based employment support service.
- Provide clear operational oversight, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to continually improve service delivery and outcomes for customers.
Qualifications and Experience
You are a confident and supportive leader who is performance‑driven, while holding a strong commitment to quality, values‑based practice, and inclusion.
- A strong understanding of employment support and what good outcomes look like.
- The ability to drive improvement through focused, supportive performance management.
- Proven skills in leading, motivating, and developing others.
- Confidence in building effective relationships with a wide range of people, partners, and stakeholders.
