The role will report to the Workspaces Lead to ensure that our Rockingham Street Main Office is well managed and maintained. Working alongside a collaborative, friendly, and enthusiastic team to provide a great service.
Responsibilities will include supporting visitors to our front desk, Welcome Point, including customers, South Yorkshire Housing Association employees, tenant companies within the building, and visitors. You will provide day-to-day support by responding to ad-hoc requests, taking responsibility for tasks such as:
- Issuing security access badges
- Managing inbound and outbound post
- Completing a range of other administrative duties

Salary: 3CDE £23,582 – £26,268 per annum
Working hours: 37 hrs per week
Generous holiday entitlement: 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays plus an additional 4 SYHA days, pro rata
