Our partnership with Places for People has enabled us to identify funding to embark on a range of regeneration projects aimed at uplifting our estates and communal areas. This is a great opportunity to help shape and deliver this high impact project and work closely with our customers to improve the areas surrounding our homes.

The role will be based in our City Centre Office in Sheffield, but our roles are hybrid and a balance of in office and working from home is encouraged. This is a fixed term opportunity but will allow the right candidate to take part in an exciting project, enhance existing skills or learn new ones. More about the role:

We are designing a programme that will last 3 years. The role will help us pull together that programme and deliver the projects that will form part of the first year. The year 1 budget will be £1.4 million, and we will need to mobilise the project quickly so we can start to make the impact we are committed to provide for our customers. The role is to project manage the programme of projects that will make up the first year and help design the remainder of the 3-year programme.

The role will report to our Head of Landlord Services and work with a range of colleagues across the organisation in delivery of the projects. These are likely to range from small scale estate improvement works to a small number of estate wide improvement projects.

  • Able to work on your own initiative, have good planning skills and be able to work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of people.
  • The ability to prioritise key tasks and present and interpret data.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and demands.
