South Yorkshire Housing Association is seeking a Property Services Officer to inspect locations, diagnose issues, and raise works orders for repairs and maintenance across its properties. You will obtain quotations within the Financial Framework and ensure value for money while delivering high-quality, on-time work.
You will monitor works in progress, support contracted builders, and provide guidance to staff and residents on repairs, health and safety, and records accuracy.
