Weare looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and caring person to cover ourreception and medical room for part of the week as part of a job share.
Dutiesinclude dealing with enquiries from students, parents and members of the public,as well as external agencies, which can be face-to-face as well as by phone andemail. Therefore, you will need to be confident working with our students, butalso a great communicator and administrator (including use of IT) and happy towork alone as well as part of a wider team. Our reception is open from 8.15am –4.15pm Monday to Friday during term time only.
Ourreceptionists are our main first aiders so you will also be taking care ofstudents who are unwell. Therefore, ideally you will already have some medicalor pastoral experience and hold a valid First Aid at Work Certificate, buttraining can be provided for the right candidate.
