With patient care at the forefront of all that we do, we have recently moved to a triage system to improve patient access. No more crazy 8am rush or telephone lottery for patients, instead we review patients on a needs basis, providing them with the right care, when they need it. For GPs, this refocuses your work on those patients that genuinely need a GP.
Main duties of the job

You will work among a team of like-minded GPs, nurses and HCAs and will be supported by a GP Clinical Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values their people and patients over process.
