The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.
We require an enthusiastic and organised individual to provide clerical support to the Portsmouth Lines Team. The successful candidate will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as this role will require you to deal with staff on a one-to-one basis as well as liaising with the whole of the Guard function.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Production of regular reports.
- Dealing with internal and external customers.
- Ordering of stores.
- Minute taking as required along with general administrative duties.
You’ll need to be:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Highly organised and methodical.
- Good attention to detail and self-motivated.
- Customer focussed and willing to work as part of a small team.
Experience in the following systems would be advantageous: Worldline, Bugle, Citrix and Trust.
Applicants who require a visa must have at least 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment.
Working pattern: Average of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday when needed. Standard office hours with flexibility to work outside of these should business needs require.
Please note: The location for the role is Portsmouth Lines (but primarily based at Fratton).
