This vacancy is for a recruitment holding pool; appointments will be made as positions become available across Wiltshire. There has never been a better time to join the Trust's Fleet and Equipment team as a Vehicle Preparation Operative (VPO). Our Ambulance Vehicle Preparation (AVP) team play a vital role in ensuring our frontline crews are ready and able to respond to emergency situations by preparing our vehicle fleet and equipment to high standards.

The role of the VPO is also a gateway to the organisation with opportunities to develop your career with us either within the Fleet and Equipment team or the wider Trust in both patient-facing and a variety of support roles. Working across Wiltshire (Swindon, Trowbridge and Salisbury), you will play a vital role in maintaining the readiness and resilience of the ambulance fleet.
