This is a hands-on role with full training provided, designed for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow, then progressing into the role of a Lead Engineer in their own vehicle as soon as the required skills and experience have been achieved.
What we’re looking for:
- A practical mindset with electrical or mechanical aptitude
- A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant site certifications such as CSCS, PASMA, and IPAF (preferred, but not essential)
