Role Overview

As Chief Operating Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Executive Team, leading our operational and clinical teams to ensure we provide safe, high-quality patient-centred care and services, addressing health inequalities across the communities which we serve. A values-driven leader with a forward-thinking approach and ability to inspire and lead innovative ways of thinking and working, you will be instrumental in cultivating an inclusive culture, centred on service users and individuals, empowering our colleagues, and upholding our values.
