We’re looking for a Resourcing Analyst to join our Customer Care team and help drive performance through smart resource planning and data-driven insights. This role is critical to ensuring we deliver excellent service to our customers while supporting operational efficiency across Billing, Wholesale, and Telephony teams.
Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reporting on service levels and performance measures
- Proactive resource planning and trend analysis
- Identifying and mitigating performance risks
- Managing intraday resources and staff scheduling
- Supporting outbound customer campaigns
- Collaborating with IT on telephony improvements
- Testing new lines introduced to the business

- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- Strong initiative and self-management
- Level 3 education standard or equivalent experience (required)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (desirable)
