We currently have an opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join our team based in Exeter. Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,150 per annum plus excellent benefits. The role is based from our head office in Exeter with the option to work from home one day a week.
About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both the engineering and delivery teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects and programmes.

What you'll be doing:

    • Assist with project and programme delivery through effective administrative support
    • Maintain and update key project documentation and databases
    • Initiate purchase orders and process invoices
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures

What we're looking for:

    • Previous experience in an administrative or project support role (desirable)
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
£25,150 - £25,150 a year
