We are seeking a personable and proactive individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Awareness Analyst (for a 12 month FTC, £33,572 - £41,033 dependent upon experience). In this role, you will play a key part in promoting a culture of security by driving awareness campaigns, facilitating training sessions, and engaging with staff across the organisation. Cyber security expertise is not required for this position; instead, we are looking for someone who excels at building relationships, communicating effectively, and motivating others to adopt secure behaviours.
About the Role
In this role, you will design and deliver engaging cyber security awareness programmes and campaigns that reach staff at all levels of the organisation. You’ll take the lead in running phishing exercises, organising and facilitating interactive training sessions and presentations, helping colleagues understand and adopt essential security best practices. As a key point of contact for questions about cyber security awareness and training, you’ll provide clear, friendly, and supportive guidance to employees across the business. You will also work closely with teams throughout the organisation to tailor awareness initiatives to different audiences and business needs. This includes creating and distributing educational materials - such as newsletters, posters, and digital content - to help promote a strong security culture. By gathering feedback, monitoring participation in training, and reporting on engagement levels, you’ll continually refine and improve the effectiveness of our awareness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging cyber security awareness programmes and campaigns for staff at all levels.
- Design and develop phishing exercises to raise awareness.
- Organise and facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and presentations focused on security best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for employees' questions regarding cyber security awareness and training, providing clear and supportive guidance.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to tailor awareness initiatives to different audiences and business needs.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of educational materials, such as newsletters, posters, and digital content.
- Gather feedback from staff to continually improve awareness activities and gauge their effectiveness.
- Monitor participation in training programmes and report on engagement levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications and Experience
- No prior cyber security experience required; training will be provided.

- Familiarity with delivering presentations or facilitating group activities is a plus.
- Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC).
