We\βre recruiting for a Customer Support Assistant to join our laboratory team based out of our Exeter Laboratory in Countess Wear . This is a full-time position, providing key support to our lab team, offering a salary of Β£26,914 per annum, plus a range of company benefits.
The Customer Support Assistant provides administrative support to the Laboratory, acting as a liaison with its internal and external customers.
What you\βll be doing:
- Liaising with Laboratory customers (internal and external) to provide effective customer support.
- Support the administration of procurement activities for the Laboratory using ELLIPSE.
- Receipt and registration of samples received for regulatory and commercial purposes using LIMS Sample Manager.
- Run reports to monitor samples received and act to resolve any deficiencies to ensure samples are analysed according to customer expectations.
- Liaise with subcontractors, providing results and entry of returning sample data.
- Display high standards of performance and quality control in keeping with regulatory standards and policies.
- Assist with occasional local off-site collection or delivery of samples.
- Other office-based general administration and occasional other duties which may include out of hours or weekend working).

- 5 GCSEs grade A-C including English and Maths, or Science (or equivalent qualifications).
- Previous experience within an office administration role and customer facing role.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office packages and SharePoint.
