We are currently recruiting for Proactive Control Technician to join our 24/7 operational team based in Exeter.
Salary: £39,448 (£ 32,873 Basic + Shift Allowance)Working at the heart of our operation, the Control Room plays a critical role in monitoring performance, responding to live operational activity, and ensuring consistent service delivery. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, structured environment where teamwork, accuracy, and real-time decision-making are key.

What you'll be doing:
Monitoring and interpreting real-time operational dataSupporting effective decision-making to maintain service continuityCommunicating clearly with operational teams and stakeholdersManaging multiple tasks in a fast-moving environmentIdentifying risks and supporting performance improvementsShift Pattern: This role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern : 6 days on, 4 days off2x mornings, 2x afternoons, 2x nightsShift times: 06:30 - 15:0514:30 - 23:0522:30 - 07:05You'll be part of a team of seven technicians providing continuous coverage.
