About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented OT Planner to support our Operational Technology (OT) Maintenance team. In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of our operations - coordinating workflows, supporting field teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance activities across ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) assets and systems. What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders (reactive & planned)
  • Manage inboxes and workflow queues, responding to operational queries
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance against SLAs
  • Support field technicians with administration, tools, PPE, and equipment
  • Manage fleet compliance in line with company policies
  • Raise purchase orders, process deliveries, and manage suppliers
  • Maintain asset records within corporate systems
  • Support meetings (including organisation, travel bookings, and minute taking)
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports for management

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including English & Maths
  • Administration qualification (desirable)
