We are currently recruiting for Proactive Control Technician to join our 24/7 operational team based in Exeter. Salary: £39,448 (£ 32,873 Basic Shift Allowance) Working at the heart of our operation, the Control Room plays a critical role in monitoring performance, responding to live operational activity, and ensuring consistent service delivery. What youll be doing: Monitoring and interpreting real-time operational data Supporting effective decision-making to maintain service continuity Communicating clearly with operational teams and stakeholders Managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment Identifying risks and supporting performance improvements Shift Pattern: This role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern : 6 days on, 4 days off 2x mornings, 2x afternoons, 2x nights Shift times: 06:30 - 15:05 14:30 - 23:05 22:30 - 07:05 Youll be part of a team of seven technicians providing continuous coverage.
