Job Role As a Customer Leakage Administrator, you'll provide key administrative support to our Leakage Delivery Team, helping ensure work is planned, coordinated and delivered effectively.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer and operational workflows through shared inboxes and company systems.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
Supporting the planning and scheduling of field-based leakage teams.
Creating and maintaining accurate work records, reports and case histories.
