South West Regional Assessment Centre (SWRAC) is seeking a Deputy Centre Manager to support daily operations, learner welfare, safeguarding and quality assurance. You will deputise for the Centre Manager, supervise staff and coordinate learning programmes to ensure safe, inclusive and high-quality provision.
You will lead pastoral support, oversee timetabling, monitor attendance and contribute to staff development and evaluation.
