We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating sales, nurturing corporate client accounts, and driving new business opportunities. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team, you will focus on producing high-quality leads, meeting set targets, and delivering exceptional sales support. This is an in-person, full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and uncapped commission potential.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Telesales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities, generating leads, and booking appointments for the sales team, with a focus on high-quality cold and warm leads.
- Professionally handling incoming calls, screening, and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Developing creative pitches and propositions tailored to specific industry sectors.
- Proactively following up on leads generated through outbound calls.
- Utilizing your initiative to identify and pursue opportunities with companies not currently in our database.
- Maintaining a high degree of accuracy in managing the database to support targeted marketing activities.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
- Sharing and implementing best practices to contribute to team performance.
- Identifying resource needs and discussing them with line managers.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- Experience as a telesales representative is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A cool-tempered demeanor and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
