Konecta is seeking a Careline Advisor who will deliver excellent customer care to Nordic Danone consumers across all contact channels. You will be the first point of contact for the entire Danone product range, handling queries and complaints with a Swedish and English-speaking audience.
We seek flexible, positive team players who embrace Konecta’s values and will grow with the client. Training is provided and shift coverage includes evenings and weekends as needed.
