This is a full-time position offering 40 paid hours per week , with shifts scheduled 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday , from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (8 hours per day) . Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Adviser, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
