We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team supporting European holiday bookings. You will handle inbound enquiries, understand customer needs, recommend suitable travel options and confidently convert calls into confirmed bookings. This is a sales‑driven position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑led environment. Fluency in French and English is essential.
Location: Hybrid – Canary Wharf, London (3 days in office)
Salary: £12.79 per hour + uncapped commission (OTE £3,000 annually)
Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am – 7pm Monday – Friday and 8am-6pm Saturday
Training: Fully office‑based
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound calls into confirmed holiday bookings
- Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend tailored travel packages
- Maximise revenue through upselling and cross‑selling
- Manage booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
- Follow up on leads and support outbound activity during peak periods
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures
What You’ll Bring:
- Fluent French and English

- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in closing deals
