We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Despatch Manager to lead our despatch operations within a dynamic and fast-paced precision engineering environment. Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Despatch Department.
- Prioritising workloads to ensure all customer delivery deadlines are met.
- Supervising, supporting, and developing the despatch team to maximise performance.

- Identifying training needs and supporting ongoing skill development.
- Overseeing the accurate preparation and despatch of all customer orders.
- Ensuring all orders are correctly invoiced and aligned with customer requirements.
- Coordinating and monitoring subcontract treatment processes.
- Maintaining accurate despatch logs, treatment records, and monthly reporting.
- Overseeing stock allocation and organisation within the department.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention.
