We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent. This role involves working with prestigious clients providing exceptional service and sales support to European customers. The position is based in our Head Office in Canary Wharf, London, with hybrid working options available after completing on-site training. Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls for both sales and service inquiries.
- Managing service requests using the client's application system.
- Generating sales by understanding customer needs and creating desire for products and services.
- Cancelling, modifying, or confirming existing bookings.
- Upselling additional products, services, and extended stays.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A natural ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

- Managing bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve performance targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
