This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team responsible for preparing the hardware and component packs that accompany bespoke cubicle and washroom systems.

The role would suit someone who enjoys practical, organised work and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

The Role

Working within the Hardware Department, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling hardware kits ready for production and customer orders.

Your duties will include

  • Picking screws, brackets, hinges, locks, fittings and other hardware components.
  • Assembling complete hardware kits to accompany cubicle and washroom systems.
  • Checking kits against works orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Packing components ready for dispatch.
  • Maintaining stock levels within the hardware department.
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure all parts are present and correctly packed.
  • Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe.
  • Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse or assembly environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to follow picking lists and work instructions.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A reliable and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
