Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburrer/Operator to join our team at our Poole, Dorset location.

This role is integral to ensuring the precision and quality of our highly engineered components.

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, offering a competitive market-related salary plus a 20% shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary: This position comes with a very competitive market-related salary plus 20% shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours of Work: Rotating shifts on a double-day schedule: Early Shift: Mon-Thurs 6:00am-2:15pm, Fri 6:00am-12:00pm

Late

Shift: Mon-Thurs 2:15pm-10:15pm, Fri 12:00pm-7:30pm37 hours per week, with additional hours as required to maintain the efficient running of the department.

Location: Poole, Dorset Responsibilities As a Deburrer/Operator, your key responsibilities will include: Inspecting and deburring work under magnification to ensure quality standards.

Selecting and using appropriate inspection equipment for manufacturing.

Manufacturing components to correct drawing specifications.

Changing inserts and adjusting machine offsets as needed.

Completing necessary quality documentation.

Assisting in the training of other employees.

Collaborating with Production Engineers on Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Desirable: Apprenticeship-trained in a relevant field.

Experience operating machine tools.

Day-to-Day Your day-to-day activities will involve working on intricate components, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Collaboration with team members and Production Engineers will be a key part of your role, as will maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
