We are seeking multiple Electronic PCB Assembly Operators to join our production team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months, with the potential for a permanent position. This role is integral to the manufacture of high-quality products for the meteorological and commercial weather measurement markets. Contract Type: 6-month fixed term (potential for temp-to-perm) There is also the possibility of the position becoming permanent after 5 months for the right candidate. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am - 3:45 pm; Starting Salary: £24,800 (increasing to £25,100 upon successful completion of a 6-month probation period) As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality products. Assembling products using hand tools and assembly jigs. Conducting testing to specified parameters and recording results on works orders/lot cards. Performing quality inspections on your own work. A strong sense of pride in producing high-quality work. Soldering and wiring experience. Previous electromechanical assembly experience using work instructions. Experience with manual handling. Assembling and testing products to meet high-quality standards. Recording and maintaining accurate production data. Inspecting your work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Competitive starting salary of £24,800, increasing to £25,100 after a successful probation period. Fixed working hours with an early finish on Fridays.
