We are recruiting for a permanent Inbound Sales & Customer Service Assistant to speak both Danish and English. These positions are Hybrid for London and surrounding areas.

Main Purpose of role: Responding to English and Danish emails, answering English and Danish calls, dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies from English to Danish and Danish to English. To deliver customer service excellence in all aspects of supporting the clients' customers over the phone and in writing in both English and Danish. You will be communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat. You will handle communications from customer enquiries, updating customer details (address, payment methods). The Multilingual Consultant will report into the Dutch Team Leader.

Salary: £26,700 per annum + benefits

Commission: Uncapped commission structure rewarded for sales results, paid out monthly. On target earnings of £5000 per annum.

Progression: Agents can progress to positions such as Support Agent, Helpdesk Agent, Senior Agent, Trainer, Quality Support Executive and Team Manager.

Hours: 37.50 per week, between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday, 8-4PM Saturday and 9-4PM Sunday. Shifts will include 1 weekend day every other week with a weekday given in lieu.
