A long established Aerospace company in Verwood, Dorset is looking to recruit an experienced Deburrer.
Responsibilities:
- Deburring and cleaning precision machined components to customer requirements using pneumatic and hand-held tools
- Ensuring components are deburred to customer requirements
- Self inspection of work using 10x magnification and borescope equipment
- Cleaning components using ultrasonic equipment
- Ensure all components/transportation boxes are FOD free before passing to final inspection
- Keeping work area clean and tidy in line with 5s methodology
- Completion of paperwork to ensure traceability is maintained at all times
Essential:
- Experience of working within an AS9100 accredited organization, or equivalent
- Skilled in using various hand-held finishing tools
The Work Environment:
This is a fast paced machining environment, working to tight aerospace tolerances. You will be working within a first class manufacturing facility that produces in a well organised structured working environment.
Salary: £15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience
Weekly Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & 7:30am - 12.30pm Friday (39 basic)
25 days paid holiday per year plus paid bank holiday.
