We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a busy contact centre team supporting European holiday bookings. You will handle inbound enquiries, understand customer needs, recommend suitable travel options and confidently convert calls into confirmed bookings. This is a sales‑driven position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑led environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Location: Hybrid - Canary Wharf, London (3 days in office)

Salary: £12.79 per hour + uncapped commission (OTE £3,000 annually)

Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 8am-6pm Saturday

Training: Fully office‑based

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound calls into confirmed holiday bookings
  • Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend tailored travel packages
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and cross‑selling
  • Manage booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
  • Follow up on leads and support outbound activity during peak periods
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures
