We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Pre Kit Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our CNC machining processes by preparing and organizing all necessary tools, inserts, fixtures, gauges, and consumables. By maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy, you will play a critical role in supporting our production team and ensuring repeatable, high-quality results.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM (39 basic hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Tool Preparation: Collecting and assembling all required tools, inserts, fixtures, and gauges for each job. Ensuring tools are clean, calibrated, and ready for use.
  • Kit Accuracy: Cross-checking kits against job sheets, CNC programs, and setup instructions. Clearly labeling kits for easy identification.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring tool usage and maintaining minimum stock levels.
