Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Multi-Skilled Operative - Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at a leading food manufacturing company in Poole, Dorset.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of extrusion machines within the Bakery, specifically focusing on the production of high-quality Crackerbread.

Rotating shifts: Shift 1: 6am-2pm (Friday 6am-1pm) Shift 2: 2pm-10pm (Friday 1pm-7pm) Shift 3: 10pm-6am (Friday 7pm-2am) Conversational English level required.
Pre-settled status required for non-UK workers.

Responsibilities As a Multi-Skilled Operative - Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include: Operating machinery, including extrusion machines, to agreed parameters and adhering to Bakery Standard Operating Procedures.
